1. Any quality problems or shippment damage, please show us the test report or photoes, we will Refund you 50%-100% money to you. Man-made defects are not guarantee, such as broken, scrash.

2. If you are not satisfied with the products, it is ok to return to us within 15 days. We will full refund to you after receiving the return parcel, but you have to pay the shipping charge.

3. If more than 60 days not received your package, please contact us for extend shipment protection. Or We will check whether you can receive package, If not, we will full refund to you.

4. All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your po#.
